  1. A regular sleep schedule is definitely a great idea to help deal with sleep apnea problems and it's not too difficult to follow. My wife recently started going to bed around 10:30 pm and waking up at around 7:00 am everyday and it's really helped lesson the severity of her systems. I also appreciate how you talk about sleep apnea possibly being a genetic thing as well since a lot of people don't really think about that as a possible reason for their symptoms.
